Every package includes design, development and launch. Starter (£299) covers up to 5 pages with a contact form, social links, Google Maps, basic SEO and 1 revision. Business (£499) covers up to 10 pages with a bespoke design, gallery and testimonial sections, Google Analytics, performance optimisation and 2 revisions. Advanced starts from £799 and is quoted to your requirements.
No. Hosting, Website Care and Management are optional monthly plans. You can launch on a one-off package, host wherever you like, and add a plan later if you want us to take care of it.
Yes. A redesign is scoped like a new build: we agree the page list and what's being kept, then price it against Starter, Business or an Advanced quote.
Online selling falls under Advanced. It's quoted per project because payment, product and delivery requirements differ a lot between businesses.
Yes — booking systems are part of Advanced projects, alongside advanced forms, integrations and database-backed features.
The site is yours. You can leave it as it is, or add Hosting (£29/month), Website Care (£49/month) or Management (£89/month) so hosting, security and updates are handled for you.
Everything in Hosting, plus ongoing maintenance, security monitoring, regular updates, minor text and image changes, support, and up to 30 minutes of changes per month.
That depends on how the site is built. We'll tell you up front which parts you can edit and which are better handled by us, and small changes are covered by Website Care and Management.

Work outside a package or plan is £50 per hour, always estimated in writing before it starts.
Basic SEO setup is included in Starter and Business: page titles, descriptions, sensible structure and indexable content. Ongoing SEO campaigns are scoped separately.
Yes. Migration onto our hosting is handled as part of moving to a plan, and we'll confirm what's involved before anything moves.
